A strict selection of raw material, rapid freezing after harvest and Ultra Low Temperature storage (-50°C) allow you to preserve the initial freshness of the flesh. Filet cut on salmon of caliber: 6/7 & 7/8 and frozen less than 3 days after harvest. Ideal for semi-cooked and raw preparations. Carton of +/- 10kg.
