PARTICIPATION IN "KALIOS D'OR"

The first one took place on 5 July at Bois de Vincennes to mark the "Kalios d'Or" event for Chefs. Over the course of this afternoon, Chef Juan Arbelaez from the "Plantxa" Restaurant in Boulogne prepared tuna and amberjack (Japanese Hamachi) sashimi on the Brasero OFYR for the guests.
