Thanks to recent investments made in our Boulogne-sur-Mer workshop, we are proud to offer our customers an exceptional range of Tataki made from species such as Albacore, Skipjack and Albacore Germon tuna, as well as salmon and white fish.
Tataki is a loin that combines the delicacy of raw fish at its core with a subtle searing around the edges. This flavorful recipe of Japanese origin, which requires a high level of technical expertise, is now perfectly mastered by our teams. This enables us to offer a Made in France product with an exceptionally consistent raw-to-cooked ratio—unmatched at home or in restaurants.
