Fish is Life brings you a fresh and 100% natural Tuna or Salmon Mayonnaise recipe (without preservatives) with a long BBD (90 days at 4°C).

The tuna or salmon is cooked in a pouch, mixed with mayonnaise in a clean room and then vacuum packed and canned. It is then pasteurised cold to better preserve its quality.

WITHOUT PRESERVATIVES AND WITH A LONG BBD

This process is used to obtain a lightly cooked mixture preserving the softness of the tuna/salmon and giving optimal conservation for 90 days without adding any preservatives. Do not hesitate to contact us for more information on these products.
